Our standard policy applies throughout our Black Friday sale for the majority products. You can review those terms and conditions here. However, our FINAL SALE items are unable to be returned or exchanged with the only exception being if the product is deemed faulty – in which case we will offer a direct exchange for the exact product and when that item is not available we will offer exchange
for a comparable product or a refund, as per legislation. FINAL SALE are clearly marked as such below the add-to-cart button on the individual product page. Final Sale products are discounted at 50% or higher.
Our Black Friday Sale does not require any discount codes, all items are marked at the sale price. So it's super easy to see your epic savings while you shop.
We have a clever cart that will automatically add your free gift when you spend over the $99 threshold. You don’t need to do anything, except choose your favorite styles and spend over $99 in one transaction. Please note that our FREE GIFT OFFER is valid ONCE only for each individual customer.

We expect a slight delay in dispatching during our Black Friday Sale due to the volume of orders coming through. We anticipate that orders will be dispatched within 5 days of being placed. If you require
faster shipping please select Express Shipping at checkout – express shipping will not expedite the handling process but will make the postage time
faster.
