Wholesale Terms & Conditions
MINIMUM ORDERS (first order only): $500 + gst + freight.
Onced signed up to our Wholesale Portal, you will need to place your first order within 3 months. If no orders have been placed within this time frame, the Wholesale Account will be deleted and a reapplication will be needed to place any orders moving forward. We cannot guarantee reservation of your area if this occurs.
Reorders using the online wholesale portal : minimum $300 + gst + freight.

Pro-forma Invoices issued for all first orders.
14/30 day accounts negotiated thereafter.
You must order at least once every 12 months to remain a Middle Child stockist and reserve your location.
AREA EXCLUSIVITY can be offered where the following conditions are met.
- Minimum initial order $800 (+ gst + freight),
- Minimum top ups requirements is one order every two months with a minimum spend of $250 (+ gst + freight)
If area exclusivity is not met, stockist locations are up to our discretion. As a rule, we often make sure stores are no less than 5kms apart - exceptions being within cities and highly populated areas.

PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ACCEPT AFTERPAY PAYMENTS FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS (note the option will appear at checkout but wholesale orders paid for via Afterpay will be cancelled).
DELIVERY Our current turn around time is 7-10 business days (excluding new collection releases. Longer wait times may occur during busy periods due the handmade nature of our product.)
All parcels are sent EXPRESS POST via Australia Post.
Flat rate of $25 shipping for orders that include wallets, purses or wall hangers.
Flat rate of $15 for jewellery-only orders
PACKAGING All orders will be supplied with our custom Middle Child branded pillow boxes, The quantity provided is dependent upon the size of the order at a 1:5 ratio. Eg, order 50 pairs receive 10 complimentary boxes. Boxes must only be used for Middle Child products in store. Additional boxes may be purchased at cost price, $1 per box.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS If a product is returned with a fault we will repair or replace the item, all we ask is for the supply of a photograph via email or mobile. Please be assured we also want the best outcomes for you and your customers and will go over and above to ensure all parties are happy.
STORE LOCATION CHANGES If your store moves, you MUST update us so we can check the address and confirm the continuation of stocking Middle Child. Please also ensure you update us on a change from bricks and mortar to online, and any address amendments in regards to that.
