ARCHIVE SALE FAQ'S
Items in our Archive sale are FINAL SALE items and as such are unable to be returned or exchanged, the only exception is if the product is deemed faulty. In this case we will offer a direct exchange for the exact product and when that item is no longer available we will offer exchange for a comparable product or a refund, as per Australian Consumer Law.
Our Archive Sale is now finished.
We expect some delay in dispatching orders placed during our Archive Sale due to the volume of orders coming through, and it also coincides with our largest in-person event of the year. We anticipate that orders will be dispatched within 7-10 days of being placed. If you require faster shipping please select Express Shipping at checkout – express shipping will not expedite the handling process but will make the postage time
faster.
